If the UNQL boards on social media were a parent/teacher conference:

Teacher: Welcome. I'll get right to it. Your child has been struggling in class, both in terms of class work and behavior. He failed to turn in 7 of 10 assignments and his highest test score was a D+. I'm concerned about his lack of effort.

Parent: Why do you have to bash my son. He's a great boy! He goes to school everyday and is never late!

Teacher: This discussion is not about bashing anyone, as you say, but an honest discussion about his below standards performance in class. I want you to understand that he will not pass this class if we cannot come up with a plan of improvement.

Parent: OH, that's just FUD. You're trying to scare us with something in the future that will never happen. We aren't stupid and neither is our son.

Teacher: No one is saying your son is stupid. His poor performance and decisions to not do the assignments is why he is failing this class. Also, he spends most of class disrupting the instruction, talking with other students, teasing and bullying kids who participate, and generally acting like he doesn't care.

Parent: There you go bashing my son again! What's wrong with you? Does the school pay you to bring students down like this? Do you get extra money if he fails?

Teacher: I'm only trying to help you understand what is going on in this class. I want your son to succeed. I want to help. But he needs to do the work to improve.

Parent: You are clueless! You obviously don't know how to teach and have some agenda to bash my son. He's perfect and should be getting an A+ in your class! There's nothing wrong with him, and everything is YOUR fault.

Yup.....sounds about right. Good Luck with that merger UNQL shareholders!
