Never said they were selling their shares. That's not the point.

You have to consider their shares as being fully diluted for the purpose of determining who owns what percentage of the company. They own 93% in aggregate of the company. You can't just pretend they don't just because their shares aren't on OTCM. The 7% of the company that is trading is being valued at 8-9 million market cap which is disproportionate to the value of the 93% ownership of the rest of the company.
