It's also called 'overhang', shares in the hands of third parties and ex-insiders etc. BTW..when a company doesn't have any revs, they have to hand out shares (lots of them) to get any monies from funders. And those shares are always free trading. Not saying don't trade this one by any means. But don't fall in love~
