I have sent at least 15 emails to these guys over the last year and not one single one of them was ever responded to.

This past July I got fed up and actually called Ekwan-X. I talked to Ed Godin for about 15 minutes. After introducing myself, Godin informed me that ALL operations had stopped at Ekwan-X. Godin stated they had $350,000 in cash, but that was not enough to resume. However, he stated there were several things in the works and was expecting cash inflow around October and operations to resume around November or December.

I don't guess this ever happened though. It has been over a year since Ekwan-X offered a press release. On the day I called, Godin had NO idea what the stock price was and asked me.

I sent Ekwan-X an email today and advised them that they had until Thursday, February 22, 2007 to issue a press release stating their current business and operations information or I would be initiating a class-action lawsuit.

I don't believe asking a company that you have a lot of money invested in to tell you what is going on, is asking too much.

Ekwan-X has failed to keep its investors informed and refuses to respond to questions. They have NOT followed their own business plan as established in 2005. This business plan is what got me to invest in this company. However, they have not followed this plan, have not keep investors informed, and have allowed Ekwan-X's stock to fall drasticly.

We really do not even know if their equipment actually works. All we ever heard about was what they were planning on doing and what the equipment could do. We never heard anything about what happened when they put it to the test or if they even did.

If you are interested in a legal suit, reply on here so that I know I have support.

Take care. Ghostone
