I am talking about CDEL selling shares they don’t have. How many times has CDEL been fined for breaking the rules? They just don’t care because they have so much money that paying a fine is nothing. They were just fined $9.66 million 2 days ago but guess what - $9.66 million for Citadel is like $9 for you.
