A RS is not harmful to us, dilution is. What they can’t do is RS then go to the sec with a new registration statement asking for new shares. In time they could, Example: RS to 100M shares make first FID on one boat. A year later make second FID go to sec issue more shares. That would be where dilution could come into play.
