Over sold from what? This company only has negative numbers in every category. They have no income and seem to be spending money they don't have. Everything on the ledger is negative. There's nothing to measure the value per shares with. Remember, all the stats are all -3.34 or -6.50 income. MINUS. By definition this can't be over sold because it has no value. If you are talking about their dreams/forward looking statement you might want to say , "it looks cheap to you." That's your right but I ask why? I'd like to have that knowledge too. It would help a lot. Now, if this company earned .01 a share net it would be oversold. Don't forget 1.37M or more shares are purchase by someone everyday. Why? Don't use clichés to describe stupid stock stuff. No value here. An interesting thing about these markets, stupid people can make money too but don't believe their bs.
