In this situation you are clueless as to how share price works. Hint a reverse split is NOt how they will move the share price up.
Delfin is going to have to sell a minimum of 1B in equity probably 2-3 B dollars is more like it.
So 300m shares at $10 ea gets you 3B.
There will be many big players all investing in this. Perhaps it’s $8 per share out of the gate or $20, then yes a 1:3 RS
But to think that they are moving the price down towards .10 to RS it to $4 shows lack of basic reasoning skills.
