Yes it no. It depends on what standards they are going by. Technically a company can uplist at $2 per share providing they meet all the requirements. For us to uplist at $2 per share we would need 300 active share holders and an average trading volume of 2000 shares per day for 30 days. We aren't far from that if you think about it and really just need the company to get off their duff and release some decent PR.
