i hate to bring it up but i said many months ago- if there's no dividend, this will go under 10 cents and then eventually under 1 penny.

well here we are, no dividend and nearly under 10

Should the dividend arrive and be tradable the entire story here will change-
but until then-
expect 8-9 cents next

followed by MORE panic selling

I figure if it's middle of march and no dividend is present- then that is everyones answer.
