Because the filing/awarding entities in control are slow AF no matter how fast the company is at doing their part. Also, Melvin was quietly working through the process with no intent to publicly announce at that time. Him buying out OMID made a few people know something is up and they started posting. So Melvin then had to publicly say something to make sure facts were spread and not rumors. Trust me, most of what he posts is only done due to the immense pressure he gets to update. He has no interest in pumping, but obviously wants investors to stay focused on the ball so he concedes to the pressure intermittently. Grow up and have some patience.
