Doc, I'll add one more thing. What if Wade's "downfall" and "trial" were part of the master plan all along. He certainly would've agreed to it. The company was never in danger.
I believe he's around 85 yrs old. Spend his later years in style, then sail off into the sunset? prison? We still don't know yet, but we will soon enough.
IMO, VCSY has been hibernating for a long time, and their "winter" will be over soon. New technologies that include VCSY's will spring forward and bloom.
