MICT brings zero to the table except a listing on a major exchange. Nothing more. The filings are ridiculously bad. their numbers are bad. What do they bring to the table other than NASDAQ, nothing, absolutely nothing. Dozy and Tingo need to run from this deal unless there is something I'm not seeing. Time to stop this nonsense and for Dozy to be a CEO that takes the shareholder into account. I understand the R part of it, but if that's not bringing in V, then it's time to re-think and strategize. with the amount of R that is on the table there has to be a better option than MICT, and .31. Cmon, do better, be better!!!
