I've been "tuned" for years, this is about the 3rd or 4th rotation through the "fake acquisition" merry-go-round.

It's pretty late in the cycle to be buying HDUP stock.

When was the last time management from HDUP call you with a tip that news is just about to be released? Once they stop phoning, you know they've ended the cycle and the next one won't start for a few years.
