Just read their financials to start. The company is losing money each and every year. They made less in 2022 than 2021. The CEO is a known OTC scammer. He has pocketed over $13 million of shareholders money. He is named in several lawsuits and has done 5 r/s's on this ticker. They are in default of $13.6 million. Jan 26th he filed a 3.5 billion share offering at .0005. Nothing at all positive about this stock
