Let's see what happens next! Hopefully all this is part of setting up for the spin-off of cognitive app! I can imagine sperating cognitive-app from LCLP and making it a separate public trading ticker is not a simple task do accomplish and takes a lot of time. Maybe their still hope for us common shareholders let's see! Whatever the reasons may be shareholders are entitled to be informed. LCLP has failed to inform shareholders & reassure them. In meantime 8M dumped at 0003 today! $LCLP
