Bond is only required to stay collections. They did not do that last time so I don’t see that happening this time either.

GDs judgement is against the company Rontan and the Individuals The Bolzan Brothers. They ( the Bolzan’s) can incumber the business and put it into bk. It will have no effect on collections because the Bolzan’s have their names on many assets foreign and domestic. Several of those assets are valued well above the judgement.

GDSI only needs 1 of several to settle the judgement. My guess is that once the 6th rolls by, filings will be made in Brazil & other countries which will settle this issue once and for all. GDSI gets paid.

At 800m OS each $8m collected is .01 per share. Later we can use that formula to calculate whatever the settlement amount is. Once paperwork is filed the Bolzan’s will come to the table and want to try and settle for some amount less than $212m.

All the other members of the judgement, lawyers and financiers are already built into the current pps. Attempting to include them in the calculations is misleading and counting them twice. They are already on the books and accounted for by the market.
