I think a whole lot less than $50K. Regardless, your reasoning is sound. Imagine another better portion of a dozen or so of these with 1-2 stores/mfg or more per. Would add up!. The paper trail (streaming of news items is useful for new investors and growth so there is an equal argument for both especially in a crowded or tough market)
