That 3.15B shares he had was removed from the OS. The OTCM SS shows 368M OS. If you look at the Delaware SOS and pay for the filing, he made a stock designation for those shares. Probably converted them to preferred. OTC update on 10/28 shows the 3.15B shares being removed from the SS, that’s how he got the AS down to 1.5B. It isn’t on the 10Q because it happened 9/30/2022 so it won’t show up till this annual report due 3/31/2023!
