Looking at the trend in prior announcements it appears they are favoring opening events as PR material of late while posting locations coming soon on their website. They have a history of filing 8-K's or PR's (with an 8-K following if the initial announcement is in the form of a PR). Perhaps this is to reduce some duplication or there is another on the heels to follow?

It is a while to wait if Q4/Annual Reporting follows last year's @ March 31 for some relevant Q&A discussion. I try to keep tabs on the corporate presentation slides and each of the store brands for such commentary/updates/guideposts. Per the sector, I found GTBIF is releasing their Q4 on February 28. Perhaps we'll start seeing an earlier reporting envelope, but I suppose the auditor's process adds some time to the preparation of the quarterly and annual certified results. Wise to rush a new CFO? He may surprise anyway and be earlier. Am hoping to see a pre in the next couple of weeks and see the cycle move up. Time will tell.
