Defending a deal that has been lying to the minority shareholders since June of 2018:

1. Fake Coin - backed by a lie of having $100,000,000 in assets;
2. Illegal Authorized Increase;
3. Material concealment of corporate actions, and $2,500,000 in revenue;
4. Lies on Website about being OTCQB;
5. OTC states DSCR is incorporated in Nevada;
6. OtC Markets delised this to Expert Market;
7. OTC Market delisted this to Caveat Emptor Status;
8. DSCR Stock is down more than 99% since the May 4-11, 2021 Pump & dump.
