Actually, the breach of fiduciary duty move is a "Back-Off" leverage tactic (and a good one at that). The fact that it could prove costly for Calasse if he loses is the actual leverage. Not to mention, Im sure that George also wants to rub Calasse's nose in as much shit as he can.

that statement (above) is not correct.


Baring the above mentioned "leverage", the two cases have nothing to do with one another from a legal/implementation of the law standpoint.

Not trying to be a drag my friend... But I have eyes on this case (cases) that have many years of combined legal experience and that is what I have been told.

This guy walks up to me at the horse track... As I placed my bet he scoffed at my pick. ....Then offered to by my ticket for half price..
