Application submission is still under quiet review. A final geotech final design report was needed to address an 11th hour info request from BC. Public has not seen the submission yet. That is expected in Feb, and then the formal consultation can occur. The government reviews seem to occur ahead of acceptance so at least there should be no other new requests from them. Surely 4 years with the file will have been enough. The public night have some queries but again a lot of these questions were already posed to the government, per my discussions. Nothing new is expected to be unearthed so its more about letting the stakeholder review unfold and see what sort of conditions are given when it's approved. The process would have bern faster if WHY had a team of 10 people on the payroll but it should not have been this protracted. BC owns most of the delays with a bureaucratic process.
