It's right there in the fins. If he has any shares, he has to disclose them.

Your only argument is to say that Georgie is not an "insider"...which of course, would be pure nonsense.

And just saying "nope" doesn't present a logical argument against what is stated above, and in the fins.

It's pretty clear to me, he needs to disclose them, if he still has them. But looks like he sold.

That's great he disclosed his "controlling shares"...but you don't have to be an insider to do that. Anyone with controlling shares, any outsider, would need to be listed there too.

We are now talking specifically about INSIDERS.
