In my mind, partnering with a large exploration type company say like XOM or CVX, who are experts at extracting & processes would have made more sense- not a stupid PR article of "WHAT MIGHT BE IF CERTAIN THINGS COME TO FRUITION" play like with this GM article?? BESIDES, DIDN'T GM JUST AX SOME ELECTRIC VEHICLES production too???
