I want to know all details and is this "GM investment" CONTINGENT only ON SUCCESSFUL CLEARING OF ALL legal matters AND COURT HEARINGS?

Right now, this is only an LOI in my mind, as the last 2 years, LAC has been operating as a land acquisition company at best...

What happened 2 days ago was an options play at best if folks had call options and took profit within last 48 hours...

GM I hate today. I bought my last GMC truck 3 years ago, quality sucks and nothing but problems. Also a former GM shareholder years ago wiped out in their BK when Obama bailed them out with taxpayer funds. I have no love for GM, or this stock even at this point...
