You are right that preferred shares cannot be diluted which is why in the cbo model they get face value whereas common basically can get diluted out of existence like the dinosaurs they are. Bon voyage and good luck with those clothing choices

Warrants will be exercised and I expect the SPSPA to convert to common. Common thus have no security. Preferred will be made whole.
