"The audit showed that the files have significant deficiencies in the documentation throughout the application phase, lack of in-depth examination regarding the authorship of the preparation of the documentation by licensed specialists in the field and in some cases non-fulfillment of the criteria by the applying entities", the document states, among other things. Also, deficiencies in the documented activity of the application review commission, loss of the validity period of permits and licenses due to lack of timely response from state institutions, while the applicant's files are not systematized, not logged and not archived according to the requirements of the legislation in force. This situation, according to KLSH, affects the lack of effective, efficient and economic use of the national natural wealth, as well as distortion of the competitive market in the energy field, with consequences for businesses and the economy as a whole
