Stocks turned higher after comments from Fed Chair Jerome Powell were perceived as more dovish than expected. The Nasdaq [+2.0%] saw a big rally, and the S&P 500 [+1.0%] also saw sharp gains. The Dow [<0.1%] posted a fractional gain of less than 0.1%, while the small-cap Russell 2K [+2.0%] performed in line with Nasdaq.
