Today may be the day for BZWR filing, or a PR from BZWR.

Guessing since BZWR is now offered @ .01 and bid @ .0082

Looks as though the MM's are expecting it.

IMO.

Just a note, the offer just came down to .0087, however the bid increased to @.0085 which is above the last traded price.
