COR has to come before SOLIS. COR development appears to be stuck as one deadline/projection after another is missed. So far it's no big deal as they don't have the equipment yet to produce the product. But, the problems associated with COR, whatever they are, are quickly becoming an issue as equipment is expected to be installed and operational by March. I only post this because of a tweet Rossi posted in response to a question I asked.

"Testing of the COR has taken longer for a myriad of reasons - but we're still progressing towards a market ready product in the short-term. Step by step. SOLIS will be made at our NY plant once its up and running in April(ish)"
