According to OTC markets which was updated 1/30 O/S is 164 million which means Apollo still has the option to accumulate 8 million more. The question is do they take it lower or to they keep it in this channel? I didn't see anything in the amended S1 that states they could only buy it at a certain low as they did in the first one. They may not exercise the whole option, They may be looking to take it lower who knows.
