The private placement is just speculation even in share count and size. They could also do following: 100M shares at 10 Cents. Who knows. BOD has the right to increase AS without shareholder approval (see bylaw). Think about it, why should they give us unloved shareholders something for free? If they do an offering then they harm us most with millions of shares. And after that they doing another RS. So believe me the best case here is stand alone and not a RM or a big offering. Believe they will get the shareholders out. So stand alone, and Dan is going directly in his retirement home. Preston Decker could serve as CEO if Bio is too expensive .
