Yes it was expected...the question is if he plans using as dilutive shares which he has NOT done since May 22 or Restricted Shares for acquisitions, investors, etc. I will wait to here the CEO speak...the pps and MC are still extremely undervalued. I noticed also on the latest numbers updated yesterday, STILL NO DILUTION and he had shares to dilute since MAY 2022...So we shall see.
