I decided to go back into PACER and check out the Vennwest/HDC Case again in hope that I don't screw up this time. Well it appears the two parties are in Discovery engaging in settlement efforts and need 60 days from 12/8/22 to reach a settlement.The parties are open to mediation if needed. The Judge told them to let the court know at this time meaning today, 1/31/23.
