BS, where is the scam. Float and retail shares have not changed. Look at the 08/2021 float, which is almost the same as the OS and the current OS and DTC share count are almost exactly the same. : Here is proof:



JB saved this dead ticker, during a 100 year Covid pandemic. Most of OTC is full of retail scum bag flippers that would sell their wife, kids, mother for few pennies.

Under the new SEC rules even toxic debt note share printing is limited to 10% of the prior day volume. This was all retail. Maybe an estate death share sale?

Or just whale or 2 with too many shares tired of waiting and retail games.

I many double my share count tomorrow. Just because the market cap at .0007 is about 1 Mil dollars which is nuts....

I am in another stock JB saved 2-3 years ago, and sold, that rallied from .04 to .60 in 12 months with no news.

OTC has a bad name not just because of some bad CEOs, it also has a bad name because of weak hand retail flipping squads.. and social media ankle bitters.

Also, it is well known that day traders buy cheap, run the stock up because they can, create churn to get their cost out, and then have what they call free trading shares they can mass dump to create chaos and mayhem to blame the CEO for the crash the retail folks actually caused.

It is what it is..
