Reverse splits have almost become a reason for a Co to go public on the OTC, They Dilute then split and they don't care about shareholders at all, they get their money from dumping shares on the Open market? I'm not sure how this all works but what I do know is RS should be illeagal or laws should govern and limit how much they can split, it's awful and it destroyed the belief system of the OTC.
