you don't seem to understand how this works.

if this isn't a receivership, preferred get par if commons ever get a dividend.. according to the government's own reports.

with the supreme court case lost, that was the last case standing in the defense of the net worth sweep protecting any remaining claims to security for the common shareholders.

with that one out of the way, the commons are left with nothing and the government will dilute them with warrants and spspa, and cannot touch preferreds unless it uses receivership, which it wont.

Warrants will be exercised and I expect the SPSPA to convert to common. Common thus have no security. Preferred will be made whole.
