Very confusing from PCT

220 gallons of our low-toxic, Eco-friendly EPA-approved anolyte disinfectant heading to our livestock farmer in Alabama. Our disinfectant kills 99.9999% of pathogens.

So PCTs anolyte is indeed toxic, just a matter as to which degree of toxicity it is

Also, what does PCT mean by stating "our livestock farmer"? Is PCT implying it has sway, control or ownership of this farmer?

Lastly, Im noticing how these tweets and PRs seem to come out when large amount of PCTL shares are hitting the market.

Is this the strategy of PCTs new internal IR dept?
