the Company has recorded in its Balance Sheets an estimate of approximately $2 billion for potential amounts owed to federal, state, and local taxing authorities, net of the refund claims and the anticipated five-year federal NOL carryback.



Interesting. Did they use up all their NOLs by March 2011 that they are then showing taxes owed net of the NOLs?
