Of course everything in the past did indeed happen, that's why it's in the past, as in past tense.
Now if you're referring to speculation about Petey going to prison then yes that didn't happen,
BUT NEITHER HAVE ANY OF THE LIES ABOUT THIS AND THAT PETEY HAS SPEWED FOR THE LAST 29 YEARS.
SO I GUESS IT ALL DEPENDS ON WHAT YOU CHOOSE TO LOOK AT.
