what kind of filing and when might it get filed?
something for you to file, or the DOJ or NY AG or whom?

Do you have any sense, mretgnol, that the DTC is starting to sweat at all and ready to pay, or do they still just yawn at what is being done? what will ultimately push the DTC to pay, in your opinion?
