WOW, I couldn't disagree more with the idea if Emil's age is an issue, bringing in someone else!!! EMIL IS WHY WE ARE HERE IN THE FIRST PLACE!!!! I was around VPLM, not invested, in the "magic-jack me" daz. Emil was involved in Digi, financed them and folded them into VPLM and made it what it is! I'M STICKING WITH EMIL and he has nearly done the impossible!

At times, we as shareholders get a bit carried away with believing we are more important/in control/influential than we are just being shareholders. Don't get me wrong, I want the most we can get, as does Emil. Thing is, none of us know what Emil/Lewis and our legal team KNOWZ!!! NOT SLIGHTLY!!!! I trust them to do the right thing; the pragmatic thing!

I doubt it, but when I see someone else GIVE BACK TO SHAREHOLDERS 600++++MILLION SHARES PLUS HUNDREDS OF THOUSANDS IN COMPENSATION, "get back to me", maybe I'll reconsider....NOT! Sorry, but yes, this hit a nerve and I've never met Emil!

Agree! Many seem to ignore there are 5 or more defendants, each owing huge infringement damages. NDCal's Donato seems to want to coordinate NDCal cases wtih Waco. CEO's expectation of $0.5, 1 or 2 does not reflect the fundamental value. If age is a problem for the CEO, HIRE a top notch, knowledgeable CEO endorsed by Mr.Hudnell and the IP team. Generate licensing agreements along with damage awards. Cash and cashflow.
Willful damage is the icing on the cake. Copy QCOM IP licensing model and management. Try more infringement cases in Waco or other venues. jmo
