Hoping with the posting of the 10K, probably in the next month or so (Last year it was posted on Feb. 4th);
the Co. will finally post the attorney letters to get this to Pink status.
IMO, I'm unfortunately not able to avge. down, due to the trading restrictions;
but I'm confident, this shell will become something, hopefully in 2023.
If trading normal, this shell, with it's share structure and hardly any debt, would be a lot higher in share price.
IMO, surprised it's gotten this low in price, and surprised more MM's haven't taken advantage of adding, or averaging down.
