IMO, From everyone resigning, it would seem that Massey's presentation to them of what the business is, may not have turned out to be reality.

Only slight hope, and I mean VERY SLIGHT, is that they resigned because he reneged on whatever compensation (stock position) they would get, but business is still alive. But if Massey is the only one running it, it may as well be dead. All IMO
