I have some clarification here, from the nasdaq site re the percentages as they relate to the percentage of shares held by the tutes....this is a copy and paste......


Institutional Percentage of TSO The percentage of the total shares outstanding (TSO) of the security held in aggregate by all filing institutions. The percentage of TSO is calculated by dividing the total institutional shares held of the security by the most recent total shares outstanding of the security.

Number of Institutions Holding the Security The total number of holders of the security, including holders that have liquidated their positions.

Total Shares Outstanding The total number of shares outstanding of the security.
