Why? the stock is still not in a place where some broker firms can actually allow their customers to place buy orders , TDAMERITRADE does not allow open buy orders on this security due to the ammended annual report, which affects the 15-211 as being legitimate, and the yield sign is still attached, meaning FINRA still hasn't seen enough to take it to current.
although on January 25th the ammended attorneys letter was filed.
