Gaandchusu...no doubt there are missed filings and recall George stating several years ago of the extra expense it cost to not file on time but the company was strapped for cash back then and now.

None of us here liked the "D" series shares but had to be done to keep the doors open however and it probably doesn't matter but there again I tend to worry about things that might not matter under the conditions of sunshine or rain....so what am I leading to well! I'm a tad worried about the content/meanings within Marty Delmonte's separation letter back on 6/15/22 or how if at all will that effect CPA auditing.
