Not trying to be a jackass, as I appreciate your view, but I disagree. Doesn't mean I'm correct, as we are talking future events.

First off, I strongly believe we never go to trial. I believe we will have a very satisfactory monetization prior to trial.

Secondly, if we were to go to trial, I highly doubt anyone from Knobbe Martin would be involved on our behalf. Knobbe and most of the big law firms are dependent on the cheat'n bigs for their bread, butter, knife, toaster, table, counter, electricity....! I think that might have been a problem in the past. Knobbe could take on VPLM while no threat, but that has changed. bigs service providers of all kinds tend to shy away from the VPLMs of the world who challenge their bigs... Where is the media on this?

100% I understand we have a new attorney that is pushing for a Voip Pal victory.
My comments only refer to we use the best in the industry to prosecute these patents and have them come to life. I would not be surprised if someone from the Knobbe Martin team comes in and testify on the importance of how these patents were created.
