Why would anyone seek to acquire or partner with a firm that is close to bankruptcy when all they have to do, if they are interested in a failed project, is wait ? ? The fact that MXSG is no longer mining and selling its' assets is a clear indication that it is no longer viable, not that it ever was. It has no proven reserves. The estimate of a million ounces of gold in reserve was brought about by a drug induced dream with no connection to reality. Those hoping for the resurgence of share price must believe in Santa Claus, the Tooth Fairy and Leprechauns waiting at the end of the rainbow with a pot of gold.
